1. Introduction These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Likwid website, mobile applications, loyalty services, content, and any software provided on or in connection with the services (collectively the "Services"), owned and operated by Likwid Innovations for Technology ("Likwid"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
2. Definitions "Content" means any text, data, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio, information, facts, research, concepts, and ideas accessible on the Services. "Likwid" means Likwid Innovations for Technology and its affiliates and subsidiaries. "Site" means the website, mobile applications, and any other interfaces provided by Likwid for access to the Services. "User" or "You" means any person who accesses or uses the Services. "Business User" means a business entity that uses the Services to create and manage loyalty programs for its customers. "Customer User" means an individual who participates in a loyalty program created by a Business User through the Services.
3. Access and Use of Services 3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to share your account or password with any other person. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Likwid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or modify your access to the Services at any time for any reason without notice.

3.3 As a Business User, you are solely responsible for creating, managing, and fulfilling the terms of your loyalty program, including setting actions to earn points and rewards for redemption. Likwid is not liable for any issues or disputes arising from your loyalty program.

3.4 As a Customer User, you acknowledge that your participation in any loyalty program is subject to the terms set by the respective Business User. Likwid is not responsible for the accrual, redemption, or fulfillment of loyalty points and rewards.

1. Intellectual Property Rights 4.1 The Services and all components, including but not limited to Content, are the property of Likwid and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2 Likwid grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your own personal use.

4.3 You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, perform, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or create derivative works from, or exploit in any way, any of the Content, the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services.

4.4 You are prohibited from using any Likwid trademarks, branding, or logos without express written permission.

1. User Content 5.1 Any text, graphics, audio, video, or other materials you submit are licensed to Likwid and its partners. You grant Likwid unrestricted rights to use, copy, and distribute such content.

5.2 You are fully responsible for any content you upload, transmit, share, or otherwise make available. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to share the content.

5.3 Likwid may monitor, remove, or restrict access to any content in its sole discretion that it considers harmful, offensive, infringing, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

1. Data Collection and Privacy 6.1 Likwid does not collect any personal information from Customer Users. Customer Users are identified solely by a unique Likwid ID that reflects their blockchain wallet address.

6.2 Business Users provide certain information to Likwid for verification and access control purposes. Likwid's use of this data is governed by its Privacy Policy.

6.3 Likwid does not allow the exchange or transfer of loyalty points between users. Points are only sent from Business Users to Customer Users upon completing specified actions and are deducted from Customer User accounts when redeemed for rewards.

1. Acceptable Use 7.1 You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities, such as spreading viruses. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.

7.2 The following activities are prohibited: collecting user information without consent, publishing falsehoods or engaging in misrepresentation, and infringing on intellectual property rights.

7.3 Likwid reserves the right to terminate any user's access for unacceptable use of the Services.
